Orders ship from Newmarket, Ontario and Montreal, Quebec. We use Purolator and UPS as first choice freight partners. You will receive tracking as soon as your label is created.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock BLANK APPAREL items ship within 1–3 business days from our sister company Fabrik Apparel www.fabrik.ca. Custom-decorated orders (embroidery / DTF / screen print) ship after proof of approval and production—timelines vary by quantity and complexity. Due date will be agreed upon during the quote process.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes—Canada-wide shipping is available. Shipping rates and options are calculated based on destination and package size. We use Purolator and UPS as main carriers.

Do you ship to the U.S.?

If you need U.S. delivery, contact us with your order details. We will confirm availability, pricing, and any duties/taxes that may apply.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Possibly — local pickup may be available by appointment at 16945 Leslie Street, Unit 25 B, Newmarket, ON. We will email or call you when it’s ready and coordinate a pickup time.

What’s your return policy?

Unworn, unwashed, non-custom blank items can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Custom-decorated items are final sale unless there’s a defect or we made an error.

My package is delayed or marked delivered—help?

Start by checking the tracking link. If it’s marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with your building/household and the carrier. Still stuck? Email info@kodegarment.com and we’ll help you open a trace. Please understand, once your order leaves our production facility – we are not responsible for lost or stolen items by the national couriers.
