Who’s who, what’s what
Customer: you (the person or business placing an order).
Products: blank apparel and decorated goods sold through our store.
Services: decoration (embroidery, DTF, screen printing, patches, artwork setup) and related production support.
Order: any purchase, quote approval, or production request confirmed by you.
Terms for orders, production, and the website
Not every project is identical. These are the rules that keep things clear, fair, and on schedule.
Quotes & approvals
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time (garment, quantities, decoration method, placements, turnaround). Production begins after you approve the quote and any required proof, and after payment terms are met.
Artwork files & proofs
You’re responsible for confirming spelling, sizing, placement, and colours on proofs. If you supply artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We can recommend adjustments for best results, but final approval is yours.
Production timelines
Turnaround times are estimates and can change due to stock availability, shipping delays, or production volume. If a deadline is critical, tell us up front so we can confirm feasibility before you commit.
Changes & cancellations
Once an order is approved and production has started, changes may be limited or may incur additional costs. Cancellations after production begins may be non-refundable (especially for custom-decorated items).
Custom items: final sale (with exceptions)
Custom-decorated products are typically final sale because they’re made to your specs. If there’s a defect or we made an error, we’ll make it right—see Shipping & Returns for details.
Website use
Don’t misuse the site (scraping, interfering with security, or attempting unauthorized access). Content on this site (text, photos, designs) is owned by Kode or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
