Pillar 01 — Custom printing
Every method below runs under one Kode work order, so a single job can carry four different techniques and still ship as one box, on one date, on one invoice.
Direct-to-film. Full-colour artwork with a white underbase, pressed onto anything — cotton, poly, blends, performance knit, nylon, canvas. Photographs, gradients and fine colour all survive the wash.
Transfer films · ready to pressForty-weight polyester, stitched to your file. Left chest, cap front, sleeve, back yoke, names and numbers. Digitizing is included and stays on file, so your second order matches your first stitch for stitch.
Multi-head · mid-runThe workhorse. Plastisol or water-based ink pulled through mesh, one colour per screen. Below about fifty pieces DTF wins on price; above it, nothing touches screen for cost per shirt or for hand.
On press · neon pullPoly twill or wool felt cut to shape, laid onto the garment and satin-stitched around the edge. The varsity, hockey and alumni look you cannot get from ink — and on a big chest hit it costs less than a full stitch-out.
Tackle twill · names & numbersEmbroidered, woven, PVC or leatherette, with a merrowed or laser-cut edge. Made to your spec, so a patch programme can ship loose to you or come already pressed and stitched onto the garment.
PVC · woven · embroideredFlatbed UV on vinyl, clear film and polypropylene. Waterproof, dishwasher-safe and outdoor rated. Hard-hat labels, equipment decals, tumblers and the whole swag table — printed to order, packed in the same box.
Waterproof · outdoor ratedNobody writes five stars for a hoodie. They send the next purchase order — same file, same size curve, same week. A few of them said it out loud.

Kode Garment Inc. sells blank apparel wholesale and decorates it to order. We keep more than 10,000 blanks in stock in Canada and manage the printing, stitching, labelling and packing from Newmarket, Ontario, so one order can come back plain, branded or both.
Yes. Blanks are sold on their own at trade pricing: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets and hats in men’s, women’s and children’s sizes, with no logos or emblems. Buy by the case or by the piece, with mixed sizes, and we can remove tear-away neck tags on request.
Screen printing, DTF (direct-to-film) printing, embroidery, appliqué and tackle twill, custom patches and UV-printed stickers, plus private labelling: tagless neck labels printed as DTF or screen-print transfers and heat-pressed on, and hang tags.
DTF printing has no minimum, so a single piece is fine. Screen printing carries a setup cost for each screen, which makes it the better value from about 50 pieces up.
Screen printing suits runs of about 50 pieces or more in one to six solid colours matched to PMS. DTF suits full-colour artwork, photographs, gradients and short runs, on cotton, polyester, blends and nylon. Embroidery gives a stitched finish on left chests, cap fronts, sleeves and names and numbers, with digitizing included.
Yes. We remove tear-away tags on request and add your brand as a tagless neck label: a DTF or screen-print transfer heat-pressed inside the neck, never sewn in. Hang tags can be added too, and the transfers can be bought on their own to press yourself.
DTF orders typically turn around in 3 to 5 days. Timing for other methods depends on the quantity and artwork, and every job gets a written quote inside one business day.
