Good to know

How to order: Upload your design and choose the size, shape and quantity. We prepare a mock-up from your file and send you a digital proof to approve before anything is stitched.
Production time: 5 business days after you approve the proof.
Digitizing: A new design is digitized into a stitch file once, for a one-time $60.00 fee. A repeat of a design on an earlier paid order has no fee.
Changes: Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled; changes to the design are still welcome until the proof is approved.
Shipping: A flat $12.00 transfer and patch freight charge is added once per order, then shipping and HST at checkout.
