How fast will I get a quote?
Every request gets a written quote inside one business day. A person at Kode reads your brief, listens to any voice message and opens your files before replying.
What should I include for an accurate quote?
Tell us whether you want blanks or printed and decorated garments, whether they are for men, women or both, the garment, a rough quantity (split by size if you know it), where the logo goes, the decoration method and when you need them. Anything you are unsure of, we work out with you.
Is there a minimum order?
DTF printing has no minimum, so a single piece is fine. Screen printing carries a setup cost for each screen, which makes it the better value from about 50 pieces up.
Can I buy blank apparel without any printing?
Yes. Blanks are sold on their own at trade pricing: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets and hats in men’s, women’s and children’s sizes, from more than 10,000 pieces warehoused in Canada.
What files can I send with my request?
PNG, JPG, WEBP, HEIC, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS or PSD — up to 8 files, 10 MB each and 15 MB in total. A phone photo of a sketch works too; for larger files, add a download link to your message.
Can I send a voice message instead of typing?
Yes. Record a voice note of up to three minutes right on the contact page and it is sent with your request.
Why is there an “I’m not a robot” check?
It keeps automated spam out of our inbox so real requests are answered faster. Kode built it in house: you pick the matching garment pictures, and nothing is shared with a third party. If you cannot use it, call 905-235-9444 or email info@kodegarment.com.
