Yes we MAY print a DTF sample if we feel as though the opportunity is worth the printing effort .  Samples are $50.00.  The price of the sample will be deducted from your  order.

We will NOT run a sample of embroidery.  We will provide a stitch out for your review after we receive the initial deposit.

Yes.  Our minimum order for DTG and Embroidery is 6 pieces per logo.

Absolutely.  (DTF) Direct To Film transfers are formulated to print on Black garments.  The colour is amazing!

Yes.  Our DTF printing technology is formulated specifically for polyester fabrics.  The colour is really amazing!

Yes this is an option.  There will be a $15.00 surcharge per item printed.  We will not guarantee the print quality nor the print longevity.

The clothing must be brand new, never washed or worn and if something goes wrong during the decoration process - we are not responsible to replace the garment.

Standard printing turnaround is 10 days from delivery of garments.  Garments are ordered after we receive a 50% deposit.  98% of our clothes are shipped from our suppliers overnight from Richmond Hill and Mississauga.  

Once we receive the garments to be decorated - the order enters the print queue.  

Please understand that there are certain times of the year where we are very busy due to certain seasonal events:  Christmas, March Break, summer camps, etc. 

Our sales office is staffed Monday through Friday.  We are very busy and therefore you MUST call to make an appointment.  Drop-ins may not be serviced.

Our sales policy is 50% payment up front and the balance is due on delivery.  No orders will be released until the order is paid in full.

There are NO refunds or reprints on personalized garments due to the custom nature of the order.

If there is a decoration error - the client must contact Kode Garment within 7 business days.

If the issue is deemed to be a production error - Kode will replace the decorated garments or issue a credit.
