Setup cost — each colour in your design requires a separate screen. Setup is a one-time cost per colour that becomes more cost-effective as quantity increases.
1 colour design — most affordable, ideal for simple logos and text
2 to 4 colour design — standard pricing, works for most team and event orders
5+ colour designs — consider DTF printing for complex full-colour artwork — it may be more cost-effective.
Minimum order — screen printing becomes cost-effective at 24 to 72 pieces depending on the design. Below that minimum DTF printing is usually the better choice.

What is screen printing? Screen printing is a decoration method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric — one screen per colour. It produces bold, opaque colour with a flat finish and is the most cost-effective method for large bulk orders with simple artwork.
How many colours can you screen print? We can print multiple colours — each colour requires a separate screen and adds to the setup cost. For designs with more than 4 colours consider DTF printing which handles full colour at no extra cost.
What’s the minimum order for screen printing? Screen printing becomes cost-effective at around 48 to 72 pieces depending on the design complexity and number of colours. For smaller quantities DTF printing is usually more affordable.
What garments work best for screen printing? Screen printing works best on cotton and cotton-blend garments. It’s less suited to polyester and performance fabrics where ink can bleed or crack — for those fabrics DTF printing is the better choice.
Can you match our exact brand colours? Yes. We mix inks to match your brand colours as closely as possible using Pantone references. Send us your Pantone codes and we’ll confirm the closest ink match before production starts.
